Our Advisory Group (AG) serves as Impact 100 Jersey Coast’s governing body, responsible for strategic direction and oversight of all operations.
The group is composed of currently active Impact 100 members chosen for their specific area of expertise and experience. The role of an AG member differs from other volunteer positions in that they sit apart from daily operations, instead focusing on the larger picture of long-term objectives. In this way, the AG functions much like a Board of Directors by setting strategic goals, providing organizational oversight, formalizing operational procedures, and ensuring Impact 100 Jersey Coast remains true to its Mission. It is important to note that while some AG members have previous or concurrent operational volunteer roles, it is not required.
