Nonprofit Information Session and Q&A (Zoom) – April 4, 12 PM
Eligibility Form Closes – April 1, or 50 eligible orgs
Full Proposal Application Due Online – May 14, 5 PM
First Round Notifications Sent Out – Mid-Summer (Date TBD)
Semi-Finalist Site Visits Take Place – Late Summer/Early Fall (Date TBD)
Finalists Notified – Mid-October
Annual Membership Meeting – November 18

APPLICATION STEPS
ELIGIBILITY FORM IS NOW CLOSED
The deadline for submitting the Eligibility Form was April 1, 2025. Thank you to all those who submitted forms. Eligible applicants will be invited to submit an application form that is due on May 14th, 2025 at 5 PM.
Approved applicants will be asked to complete the grant application form via Submittable.com, where applicants will be asked to create a user account before being prompted to complete the Eligibility Form.

Eligible nonprofits may submit an application by our May 14th deadline.
Grant Review Committees (GRCs) comprised of members, evaluate grant applications. After Committees’ discussions, semifinalists are selected and site visits are scheduled. Site Visits take place in late Summer/early Fall.
GRCs select finalists for the Impact100 Grant and at our Annual Meeting:
- Each member casts a single (and equal) vote for a nonprofit of her choice.
- The grant recipient(s) is determined by majority vote and announced at the close of the meeting.
Grant recipients will sign a Grant Agreement, outlining all reporting requirements. An Impact 100 Jersey Coast Grantee Liaison will stay in regular contact with the organization. Interim and final reports will be reviewed and key details shared with the wider membership.
