Our proposal seeks to address the critical issues of adverse childhood experiences, the mental health crisis, and the need for 21st-century job skills among underserved youth in Monmouth County. This innovative program combines two distinct initiatives: Konscious Leadership, designed to nurture inner growth through mindfulness, yoga, breathwork, healing-informed and restorative justice practices, and Entrepreneur Training for 7th-8th graders. This unique combination empowers youth to embody resilience, heal from trauma, and awaken their greatest potential.
