MISSION STATEMENT: Family Resource Associates, Inc. (FRA) helps families and individuals dealing with a broad spectrum of disabilities by providing lifelong skills and support that enable them to reach their fullest potential. FRA creates “PossAbilities for people with disAbilities” by connecting individuals to independence through modern therapies and advanced technology. Acknowledging the powerful influence of the family, we remain committed to them by offering both support and education.

THE PROJECT: The CEO Project
The CEO project focuses on finding employment for people challenged by significant cognitive limitations by identifying individual strengths, talents, interests, and passions. Using a new approach to finding or creating customized niche employment opportunities is the exciting part of CEO, which is not available anywhere in Monmouth County. CEO is modeled after Griffin-Hammis Associates, “customized employment” for people with disabilities. Real and long-term employment is possible through a personal exploration done by creative approaches from highly trained staff and business reshaping.
