Impact Roles: Chair of Marketing & Communications

At just 29 years old, Diana brings over eight years of marketing experience to her role as Marketing Chair, proof that passion and purpose know no age. A proud graduate of Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, she earned her degree in Marketing Management and quickly found her niche in strategic marketing and campaign development. Her career began on Wall Street in public relations, but it didn’t take long for her to realize that Marketing was her true calling. For over six years, she curated high-impact marketing strategy for a financial institution, where she developed a reputation for delivering results through data-driven storytelling and a keen understanding of consumer behavior.

Driven by a desire to give back, Diana has dedicated herself to mentoring underrepresented high school students, helping them navigate the path to higher education with confidence and clarity. She’s also a committed volunteer in local food pantries and community initiatives, always seeking meaningful ways to uplift others. Proudly Latina, she is deeply rooted in her culture and community, and she carries those values into every facet of her life. With a unique blend of industry expertise, cultural pride, and a servant-leader mindset, Diana brings both heart and strategy to her leadership role—making her a powerful advocate for growth, equity, and community impact.

"I am honored to serve as Marketing Chair. I hope my skills add to the growth of this amazing organization. Impact 100 Jersey Coast is truly dedicated to changing lives in Monmouth County."
