Linda Lautenberg

Magic happens when smart, committed women get in a room together. Impact proves that every year.

Town: Holmdel

Joined Impact: 2015 (Year 2!)

Impact Roles: Board of Trustees, Grant Review Committee

Linda Lautenberg lives in Holmdel with her husband, 1-3 kids (depending on school and work schedules), and WAY too many pets.

Linda is co-founder of EvolveMe, a professional growth company that provides individual and group coaching for women in midlife career transition. Their signature program, the Reinvention Collective, uses their proven DARE™ method to help women relaunch, reinvent, or level up.

EvolveMe also delivers workshops, keynotes, and talent development programming to companies committed to attracting and retaining top female talent.

A Harvard Business School MBA and Chartered Financial Analyst, Linda began her career in real estate finance and securitization at Prudential Investment and Nomura Securities.

After stepping away to raise her family, she returned to the workforce and co-founded EvolveMe. She has been featured in Forbes, CNN, HR Magazine, and other publications.

Linda has been part of Impact since Year 2, and the Grant Review Committee is where her love of this community really lives. She has led a GRC for almost every year of her membership, drawn back each year by the nonprofits doing essential, often overlooked work in our communities and the incredible women she gets to serve with.

Outside of Impact and EvolveMe, Linda serves as Regional Facilitator Lead and facilitator for HBS Alumni Circles, consults for Harvard Business School Community Partners, and sits on the board of the Alumni Network for Harvard Women. She also fosters kittens for the Monmouth SPCA, which the other pets have mixed feelings about.

"Leading a Grant Review Committee at Impact has been inspiring and rewarding. But it's the women I have met while serving on grant review committees - they are deeply committed to this community, and I have learned so much from each and every one of them. Building these connections has been one of the unexpected gifts of being an Impact member, and it's what keeps me coming back year after year."
